Festive Menu @Hilton Kuala Lumpur

The whole month of December is dominated by Christmas. In most town, the main shopping malls, streets, hotels are decorated with fir garlands and christmas ornaments. 

This year spoil yourself, family, friends with contemporary gourmet feasts and Christmas classics at Vasco's, Hilton KL while enjoying the sights of magnificent Christmas decor and carolers at the Lobby.

Indulge in Christmas trimmings at Vasco's during this festive month. 
Usher in the Christmas and the New Year with a host of signature favourites - Pink scallop in shell from the sea of Borneo; fresh Alaskan King CrabClaw; traditional roast turkey with chestnut stuffing and butternut squash; melt in the mouth slow-cooked Wagyu leg of beef with Yorkshire pudding; live mud crab; oven-baked slipper lobster and more. 

Apart from Vasco's buffet, we also sampled a few of the festive dishes from Graze and Chambers, which is helmed by Chef de Cuisine Marc Fery.

Chambers Grill is definitely the place to go for the finest grill in KL.  All-You-Can-Eat festive dinner menu for the month of Dec with premium seafood and cuts of dry-aged meat in skewers - juicy and tender, with mouthful of flavours, and where tastes last on the palate.

 The Chambers starter platter whichcomes with Classic Waldorf salad with crunchy celeriac, apples and walnuts, mixed seafood ceviche, chestnut cream soup, Loch Fyne salmon and crab croquettes and smoked duck breast with red cabbage salad.

We also tried Chambers Grill's Chambers skewers, which include Mediterranean vegetables, Chilean black cod, beef rib eye, lamb kofta and chicken satay. My fav would be the lamb kofta, as it  was very well marinated and seasoned with spices.

Next, we were served the Chestnut & Sage stuffed turkey roll with brussel sprouts, potato cakes and cranberry jus.

The food doesn't stop there, we also had the rich chocolate mousse with ginger bread crisps for dessert (and more desserts as you scroll).

Creme brulee, served with pistachio ice cream.
A french classic with vanilla bean and caramelized sugar on top. It was so creamy and dense; the pistachio ice cream was one of the best that I've tied too. 

Warm chocolate brownie, Butterscotch sauce, Vanilla ice cream.

Rum cake, cherry compote, vanilla ice cream.
