Smoked Norway Salmon.

Easy recipe, you can either buy a fresh fillet from the wet market, and season it with ample of black pepper or you can also choose to buy the packaged salmon (which is already seasoned ) in the supermarket, frozen food department.

Lay it on an aluminium foil and grill it in the oven for 200 degree, for 15--20 minutes.

You will notice that there'll be oil oozing out profusely. . . which is all the essence of the salmon- Omega 3 & 6.

You can actually skip all these redundant step (like what I've did ). I slowly place the broccoli and cheery tomatoes on the pan, because I have no larger and nicer plate to present my dish.. so..yah.. *blush*

It takes roughly  RM30 to prepare this dish, whereby I think it's far more cheaper if I were to dine in a restaurant.

So , let's say if you're on a tight budget, and somebody's big day/ special day/ birthday is approaching, or maybe you just finish exam , you wanted to treat yourself a 'better'' meal, whether it's a dinner or  lunch, this might be a good choice! Simple and easy.

...and if you're saying , ''No way , Eunice, it's still way too expensive for me'' .
Hey dude, I didn't finish this in one-go, there's actually some leftovers and I've had shredded the salmon into pieces and stored them in the freezer for future use. You know what I'm going to do next . *wide grin*

So this recipe can yield up to 3 servings, depending on your appetite though. ;)

  8. I never had smoked salmon before. It's usually steamed salmon, but I think my Mom would be happier if I'm willing to eat either grilled or smoked.

It's a healthy idea to eat salmon with broccoli. I've heard somewhere that rice cannot be digested together with meat. Roughly RM30? I think it might cost a little more since the salmon fish is not that cheap...
