Matcha & Choco Ice Cream

I screaaaam for Ice Cream!

Baskin Robbin and Hagen Daaz are way to expensive for me; I dislike buying the 50cents one from the Ice cream vendor who pass by our house every afternoon and evening, cause I feel like it's full of artificial color and artificial flavor, not healthy. ;P Since Thermomix can make everything, I decided to make my very own ice cream!

Is so so so easy ! Recipe taken from Themomix Recipe Book :

Green Tea Ice Cream Ingredients :
  • 350g milk
  • 20g Green Tea Powder
  • 100g Consdense Milk
  • 5 egg yolk( I use 2 yolks only, cause I wanna make it as healthy as possible)
  • 100g Fresh Cream( you can substitude with creamer/ low fat whipping cream)
Method :
  1. Put all ingredients ( except fresh cream)  to mix and heat using Thermomix .
  2. Add fresh cream to blend well.
  3. Remove and pour mixture into ice cube tray to freeze.
  4. Place the frozen mixture to Thermomix Bowl to pulverize.
  5. Store it in a clean tupperware and freeze it!

With the same method, substitute green tea powder with cocoa powder, and milk to chocolate milk to make chocolate flavored ice cream.
Put chocolate mixture into ice cube tray and freeze for at least 10 hours.

Green Tea flavor .

Pulverize the frozen mixture to make it more airy and soft like ice cream.

You made it! You got it!WHEEEEEE~~
You can add anything if desire. Chocolate chips, or drizzle some chocolate sauce before serving. It'll melt  easily because we didn't add stabilizer , so freeze it for another half an hour before you serve.
It will melt your heart entirely. . . cause it's surprisingly delicious! Just like Baskin Robbin!

This. will. not. last. for. two. days. Cause I will wallop it within a day!
Yadaa yadaaa.. call me sexy  fatty! ! !

Fatty bom bom!I don't care. Eat first. Cardio later. ;]
XOXO
