ReplyDeleteYes! of course! Eat more meat, turkey, chicken breast,pasta and eggs.
DeleteEat every 3 hours and exercise at least 3times a week , the more intensive exercise , the better. ;) Remember to eat as soon as your work out too! it really helps! ;P
