STOCK UP ON SALMON
- Why Salmon? Why not Sardine? Chicken?Turkey?
What makes salmon stand so special is because of the Omega-3 content.
An omega-3 powerhouse full of protein and healthy fats. Salmon is great for burning fat because the Omega-3s in it will help to make your metabolism work efficiently, slowing digestion and thus, preventing cravings.

POWER UP WITH PROTEIN
-Since protein has a high thermic effect, your body will burn more calories to digest it. Score! When it comes to protein, your body also consume more time and energy to burn it compared with carbohydrates. Hence, it keeps your metabolic rate soaring high. So, it's better to include a lean protein source in every meal.
Low-fat cheese, beans, chicken breast, fish, or peanut butter on every plate is a great way to rev your metabolism and keep you feel energized and fueled all day long!

IF YOU ARE NOT YET A GREEN TEA FANS, BECOME A GREEN TEA FANS.

Be like me. I opt for green tea where ever I go. Go for hot one! Research shows that three cups of green tea a day can increase your metabolism by 10 percent.
So stop with all the sugar and calorie-laden beverages, sodas, etc...
Besides, the EGCG present in green tea helps to metabolize fats, direct or indirectly, it helps to reduce fats in your body. So, go drown yourself with green teas!

USE OLIVE OIL
-Believe it or not, some oil is good for weight loss. Olive oil is a healthy fat, which actually ''turns on'' your metabolisms and helps you burn more body fat, according to Eric Broser, (proffesional body builder and Planet Muscle Magazine columnits.

AND OH , DRINK WATER WITH LEMON.
-A detoxification expert, certified nutritionist, and Hollywood stuntwoman, recommends you drink a tall glass of lukewarm water with a half or whole lemon squeezed in it and fiber. It's best if you do it every morning, the digestive enzymes in the lemon, plus the fiber, will get your metabolism and digestive system moving, so you are easily digesting anything you eat later that day.
