195 - Trim that fat on the belly!

  1. Bring that water with you.
Whether you are trying to lose weight, to be healthier or you're on a weight loss journey, it's always good to keep yourself hydrated, and to do that, make sure you carry a water bottle with you where ever you go\. Sip from every now and then, and you'll feel more invigorated and a lot less likely to crave for sugar-laden soda or juice.
 


     2. Doing Weight Bearing Exercise.

If you think you need to spend the rest of your life doing sit-ups and crunches only, so you can burn belly fat and keep it off, that's not quite true. You need to do all sorts of exercises , in moderation like brisk walking, jogging... Remember, overall fitness and nutrition is the key for losing stomach fats ,and make sure it doesn't come back!


    3. Don't be complacent

Once you've got the body you want ( no belly fat in sight), that doesn't mean it's time to rest on your laurels. Don't stop exercising. Don't stop eating right. Keep up with your plan, and you'll keep your new hot body! Bear in mind there's no such thing as ' YOU MUST CLEAR YOUR PLATE', cause YOUR STOMACH IS NOT A FOOD TRASH!



   4. Don't starve yourself!

Starving to death doesn't help. at all.Cut calories, by all means, especially the empty calories, but to be healthy, and lose belly fat, you need to eat well. Opt for a healthy and hearty meal instead. Starving yourself can be dangerous, and unhealthy and it won't work in anyway!


     5. Don't deprive yourself , either!

In addition to not starving yourself, don't feel you have to deprive yourself all the time either just because you want to lose stomach fat. This really helps by suppressing your cravings in the long run. Treats are good, but once in a while, eat sparingly, mindfully. This strategy remind yourself that life is good. Now, could there be a better way to lose stomach fat? ;)


  6. Don't give up easily.
 After a couple of weeks you might find that you're not lising weight or inches anymore. What gives? Don't give up sweetie! That's just a plateau, a sign your body is adjusting to all the positive things you're doing. Keep going! You're getting there! You are now much closer to losing all that stomach fat than ever! 




 7. Drink a glass of water before any meal.

If you're thirsty, you're going to eat more. Isn't that strange? But it's true. So before you sit down to eat, drink a glass of water, wait a few minutes, then dish out your sensible portion and begin to eat. Much better! You'll be surprise at how effective this way to lose stomach fat is! Give it a try!


      8. Keep moving.
Get off the couch! Stop gluing yourself on the chair ! Get up and start moving! Bouncing on the trampoline, dancing your butt off, running...you name it!  Volume up and spin around! Any exercise is a good exercise! It will keep your metabolic rate alive~



All of the above are just a few methods that I've selected to share to you guys, cause I think it works . Whether to be a healthier you or a stronger you, it just bring no harm to all of us.So, stop being frustrated about  your body, and be grateful for what we have. Don't hate yourself, nobody is perfect. All these negative energy will not bring any change either .In short, make realistic goals and start a healthy journey today!

  3. haha i already cut down on all my food intake and im doing 100 sit ups a day!! xD hope i get to lose my belly fat >.< hehehehe

    I guess it takes a lot of determination n hard work..
    besides that my tummy had been with me for quite some time ..

    1. Yes. My weight fluctuates. Ups and Downs, it's frustrating, but so far , those methods that I've listed down works. Well, at least for me.^^ haha! You love your tummy huh? So cute! * pats your tummy* *LAUGHS AT YOU AND SAY : SO ROUND!!!!*
