Nutella Poppy Seed Muffins.

It's was gloomy day for me..
The weather was nice, no sun, no dark clouds but full of serenity.
I had an attempt to bake at this wonderful afternoon , and so, I let my desire drove me .

Scoop a generous amount of nutella into the batter.

Sprinkle a handful of chocolate rice on top of the muffins.
My mom doesn't likes chocolate, she prefer plain, so I excluded the choc rice and nutella.

Plain poppy muffins.

My beautiful edible muffiessss~

Recipe :
250g    butter( room temp)
200g sugar ( I reduced to 160g)
200g Self raising flour
250g Eggs ( approximately 4 large eggs)
    -   Nutella
    -   Chocolate chips/ Chocolate rice ( optional)
Poppy seeds ( as much as you desire)

Method :
  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add in eggs gradually.
  3. Sieve flour. Add in slowly into the batter.
  4. Scoop a spoonful of batter into the muffin cups, add a teaspoon of nutella (or more), cover the nutella with another spoonful of batter.
  5. Preheat oven at 170 Degree. Bake for 16 minutes or golden brown . Insert a stick into muffins to detect whether it is cooked or not.
Serve with coffee or tea. A pleasurable tea-time treats for everyone! =]

Look at this! I like the poppy seed texture immensely~
It's like a myriad number of roes jumping and popping in your entire mouth.
You know how it's like?

Stop hesitating !Go try on your own!
